caja-open-terminal software package provides Caja plugin for opening terminals in arbitrary local paths, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install caja-open-terminal
caja-open-terminal is installed in your system.
Make ensure the caja-open-terminal package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep caja-open-terminal *
You will get with caja-open-terminal package name, version, architecture and description in a table
